Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy: Life happens. I completely understand. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before you appointment are never a problem. Cancellations within 24 hours may require a fee to rebook. No-shows are subject to a 50% of booking charge.

 Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, I'll do my best to complete your service. More than 10 minutes late may require a shorter service or rescheduling.

 Gel Removal Policy: Gel or Dip removal is not included with manicure services. I do not remove hard gel as that requires drilling down to the nail bed which invariably causes damage. If you currently have dip or gel polish on, please book the Gel Removal + Hot Oil Rehydration add-on (30 min/$20). This ensures your service time is protected and your nails are cared for safely.

• A $50.00 deposit may be required for group classes.

• A Travel fee may be applied for in-home instruction outside of greater Boise area.

Payments & Gift Cards: I accept all major cars, tap-to-pay, Venmo and Zelle. 

• Payment for service is collected after the appointment.

•  No-shows are subject to a 50% of appointment fee. 

• Gift cards are available for purchase in the salon at the time of appointment
